What we collect

Renuo stores the account details you provide — your name and email — and the subscription records you choose to track, such as vendor names, amounts, billing cadence, and renewal dates.

We do not connect to your bank or automatically detect charges. Every subscription in Renuo is one you entered or imported yourself.

How we use it

Your data powers the features you asked for: organizing subscriptions into folders and tags, converting mixed currencies into your home currency, and sending renewal, trial-end, and refund-window reminders to you and any alert contacts you add.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Reminders are delivered only to the recipients you configure. Payment processing for paid plans is handled by a third-party card processor; Renuo never stores full card numbers.

Your controls

You can export your subscription data at any time and delete your account to remove it. Reach us through the help center for any data request.
